  • Ever since the company started, Conpura has had shaftless conveyors in their line of products. Conveyors have in many parts been additional equipment to the other products in the programme. This means that the conveyors always are tailored and designed for the application they shall work in.

    The shaftless conveyors are accepted as the leading method for transporting solid materials such as screening, sand, mud, etc. The conveyor is a closed unit, which also makes it safe and quiet in a clean environment.

  • ConCable is a cable-driven coarse screen designed for installation in deep and wide channels and very suitable for installation where ceiling heights are limited because the screen’s total height is low compared to other bars on the market. The screen is completely covered and can be delivered complete with control cabinet.

  • ConClar is a peripheral driven sludge scraper designed for installation in large circular tanks and designed with a rotating scraper bridge. ConClar is manufactured in different versions but especially in the following two types;

    ConClar 537, as above, so that the excess sludge is sucked up into several tubes and transferred to the middle of the tank by hydrostatic pressure – a so-called suction sludge scraper.
    ConClar 531, where the sludge is transferred to the basin centre, where it is pumped away for further treatment. Normally the floating sludge is removed at the peripheric wall close to the outlet flume.
